What is the loan process?

If you’re a qualified homebuyer, this is what you can expect to happen through your home loan approval journey.

1 — Pre-Approval

Knowing what your pre-approved budget is will help you find a home you’ll love in your price range.

2 — Find a Home

Your Lender and Real Estate agent should be in communication regarding your Pre-approval and your buying power. Finding a good realtor is essential in finding the right home that fits your needs!

3 — Get a Home inspection

An inspector will check the property to ensure everything is up to code.

4 — Appraisal

Our processing team will order an appraisal to assess the value of the property.

5 — Full Underwrite

Our underwriters and processing teams aim to complete the entire underwrite in only 7 business days*. Once final approval is reached, there may be a few items requested from you to finalize the approval.

6 — Final Approval

Our closing department will prepare the file for closing.

7 — Closing

The attorney or title company will guide you through signing the final loan file.

8 — Funding

The loan is officially funded and you get to celebrate homeownership!
